Moog, I have the perfect scope for you, Bushnell Banner 1.5-4x with a circle-X reticle. Even have the Butler Creek flip caps on it. Ill give it to you cheap too.

Went to the farm yesterday to reboot a cell camera and spotted the first shed about 200 yards out in the middle of a field. Actually looks like last year's that got hit with the plow or disk. After finding that one, Evan and I looked more and I found number 2 for the season!

LOL, Im supposed to get all up in arms about something that wont affect me, or really anyone else for that matter? You really must have too much time on your hands, I have far more important things to worry about in life than if someone can reload their crossbow faster than I can reload mine. I have plenty of opinions on things that I could care less about making it a priority to do away with. Just because I dont agree with it doesnt mean I have to try and push my opinions and values on everyone else. Yep, same rifle without the Cerakote job and a different caliber. I was thinking of getting the 300, but went with the Grendel instead. They are nice, the tolerances on mine are really tight, but I think it has to do with the Cerakote, so I need to remove it in a few areas. The lowers on these things arent forged either, they are billet. I have a Magpul grip and forward angled grip on their way for it. AR Maglock came in yesterday. That will be my little project for tonight.

How is it not? Its literally just the rear pin. The video you probably watched is where its paired with an AR Maglock, which has been deemed legal in the county I live in by the DA. He has put it in writing that he will not press charges on anyone that has one on their rifle.

Yesterday my Hyperswitch from AR-Maglock arrived. I installed it and it works pretty good, but I think I need to knock the Cerakote off of the inside of the holes that the pin goes through, as it doesnt move quite as freely as it needs to. Ill take some pics when some of the other goodies arrive.

Its "too far" only in my personal opinion. There are other things that are legal that I dont necessarily agree with, but I also dont see them as things that are a problem big enough for me to bother trying to fight against. We all choose our battles in life. You can stop now with pointing out that things I am saying are opinions, everyone knows they are. I just personally feel that a repeating crossbow is one step away from what I feel is the spirit of archery hunting is. Now, if they decide to allow those things, I will still disagree with it, but its not a large enough issue to me to fight it. As I said before, as long as its legal, I could care less what the next guy does.

Listen Doc, if you think that someone telling you that you are being ridiculous is a personal attack, then maybe you need to stay in your safe place and grab a coloring book. As far as me joining NYB goes, why would I want to align myself with an elitist organization that does not hold the same values as I do? It has nothing to do with some assumed desire that you think I have to disarm or destroy bowhunters representation, because I have no such desire. Culver summed up the "misinformation" thing, so I wont bother responding to that.

Not a personal attack at all, just an observation. I dont care what your opinion is of my opinion honestly. I have no issues with organizations helping to influence bills, etc, but when theres an organization out there that spews misinformation, they should be called out on it. NYB was called out and things have gone on from there. The time that they stood side by side with the animal rights people, plus their elitist views are what got them to where they are now. As far as technological changes go, of course things are going to progress. Its up to the DEC and the legislators to set the regulations to open up or limit features that are allowed to be used during the season.

I got a great deal on it at just under $700 moog might have done it, it was here when we bought the house. It’s kind of grown on me lol.

Just picked up my new AR in 6.5 Grendel this morning. It’s a Wise Arms rifle with a 16” barrel, M16 BCG and a nice Cerakote job. I need to pick up a Magpul grip and a quick release rear pin for it along with some glass. Should make for a great target and daytime varmint rifle. Can’t wait to see how she shoots.

Love them. Had an XD40 for a while, will be picking up an XDS before too long. Great handguns.

Personally I think the width and weight restrictions are dumb. Im not one to tell others what they can and cant use, but honestly I think the multi shot thing is too far, and automatic cocking should be reserved for those with disabilities. Thats just my opinion.
