I would sell the timber first, but with your 1 year timeline it may be difficult to get done before you will be showing the property. Any logger that will knock out 30 acres that quickly is going to leave a mess, and any that wont leave a mess probably cant get it done that quickly.

Ok guys, Ive been letting some stuff slide lately because I dont want to have to monitor everything that is said in every thread. I dont have time for it. I am going to start handing out vacations from the site if the constant barrages of personal attacks dont stop though. If you want to disagree with someone, by all means disagree, but just popping into threads and calling names is ridiculous, and against the forum rules. Starting right now I will not hand out warnings, if I see a personal attack, that person will be suspended from the site. If you come back and do it again, youll be banned for good.

One of the local fox hunting groups does their hunts on a couple of the farms I hunt. There have been a couple of times that deer came busting out of the brush, hit the horses and died.

Hang on, Hes throwing stuff out there like "extinction of elk and deer" and the sport of hunting going away. There are plenty of other CWD positive states that have had CWD for longer than PA has, and the deer and elk populations in those states are fine. While I applaud the work they are doing, and a cure would be great, theres a whole lot of scare tactics being thrown out there.
