Me to thought I was the only one lol

Well four months later my little girl is now six months old and she is a beast! All energy during the day, takes lots of work to keep her happy but she is. She gets along great with my two year old dog they play awesome together. She has taken way longer to train then my mutt but she is getting there. She is 40 pounds now but still thinks she is a lap dog, she hops right on top of me and falls asleep with her front legs around my neck. This is the first time in ten years my wife has to worry about another girl. She is very slick at trying to get human or my other dogs food and she loves any liquid. As I was typing she just snuck her first sip of Jack (little snot).

I'm pretty excited for the Mets (standing by for jokes). Hoping for Bauer but JBJ would also be a fit for them at this point. What a steal for the Cards, they ate Arenado's contract and will get every pennies worth. Until his opt out that is. I hate the Braves but Charlie Morton is a friend of a friend so I always root for him.

FIL got us a air fryer for Christmas. We have nearly every kitchen piece of equipment possible, so I didnt think the air fryer would make it into the rotation but after seeing air fryer wings on here I gave it a go and oh boy are they good. I use baking powder to coat, cook them ,then sauce.

My buddy got a cow tag in PA this year. He shot this one two days ago. I was suppose to go as help but life got in the way. This was state land no outfitter.

This is more of a yard project then a qdma project but I had a few questions. Anybody have success with peach or plum trees? Is there a specific type you would recommend? How long till you were able to harvest fruit? I'm in orange county so the growing zone will support these trees but I'm not sure what direction I want to go. Also I'm thinking of purchasing 5-6' trees not whips. I really want to spend the extra money and try Italian plum trees but I also don't want to waste space and money.

Some prime rib at 132 for six hours in the sous vide with some Florida lobsters my dad caught while diving and a cold baked potato. Last big meal I'm cooking for a while.

My mouth is watering what a spread.

Sous vide at 129 for 2 hours season aggressively with salt. Finish in a extremely hot cast iron for a minute on each side. I have zero interest in grilling a good cut of steak anymore. I use your method if I'm in a rush but nothing compares to using a sous vide for steak. Steaks from chain grocery stores suck. My choice cut is hanger steak but it's hard to find.http://desantismeatmarket.com/ this place is 20 minutes from my cabin and has amazing steaks. My brother, dad, mom and employees all got sous vide from Santa this year.

You guys are lucky I like you. On the top right corner of your screen tap the three horizontal lines. Select account Select account settings Scroll down about a third of the page and in small letters there should be notification settings. Click that, below is a detailed list of how to be notified by this site. Who ever setup these choices was very detailed lol which is good.

I have some lamb shank I just picked up. My brother and his wife will be here. Mom dad and mother in law will enjoy some good food as well. I always cook too much but that's half the fun of the holidays for me.

Froze my chops off today. Spent 6 hours in my climber looking at snow and pretending anything but myself was in the woods. One last shot at it tomorrow, I'm gonna stick it out till I have to get down, then I'll do some walking. Beautiful up here in the lower Adk's. -

Just got to camp checked one camera where I shot my archery buck last year. I have bucks in daylight as of today, so I'm hoping for some luck before 4:30pm sunday. -

Sat behind my house even though I'm not a huge fan of hunting in an area surrounded by houses. Saw six doe/yearlings, I'm going to wait till December to take a doe back there. It's only about 15 acres of woods but it's all tore up with rubs and scrapes. Next year I should sit out there early November. Might head back to stateland in the a.m. if I can get enough sleep. Headed to my cabin after work Friday, I haven't been shutout since I bought it five years ago. There should be fresh snow so I might track instead of freezing 20 feet up a tree. -

Well it was a shit show on stateland for me, I've never seen even half the amount of hunters on the piece I hunt and the kicker.........not one shot all day! Probably head to my brothers tomorrow for a bow hunt, after Sunday I'll head back to stateland. Congratulations to all the hunters who harvested an animal, especially that huge bear (very cool). Keep the pictures coming it's great motivation for those of us having a slow year. -

Well stateland in 3m looks like a laser show, great. Last year the road I hunt had two other cars, this year 12! And I'm sure more to come. Ughhhh -
Quarter inch of oil in a cast iron medium heat three minutes or so each side. Pound the steak thin put them in a milk/egg wash then press into flour. Let them sit 5 minutes and press into the flour one more time then fry them.

Chicken fried venison with some homemade country gravy biscuits didn't make the picture. Damn good
-
Sous vide ribs say whatttttt! Haven't tried them yet but they have that good wiggle, I'm sure they will be good. My weakness kraft mac and cheese and TCIII favorite pillsbury layered biscuits. You might have kicked my ass in fantasy football but the biscuits are all mine!

Found a lot of sign in the morning but it rained the whole time. I had to head home at nine and saw the largest buck I've ever seen in person in NY state, he was crossing the road a couple miles from my house. He was HUGE, so of course I'm pumped to see big deer moving so I decide to go back out at 12:30. A mile away from where I saw the buck as I drove back to my hunting spot I saw a doe on a dead sprint in a brush field with another nice buck trailing by 20 or 30 yards. Besides almost hitting a small spike on the way home, they were the only bucks I saw. I passed on a nice doe, I'm not to the point of dragging a doe a couple miles yet. Work tomorrow then back at it for the weekend. They are in the rut in 3m for sure. -

Out in 3m on some stateland. Found some rubs in the same hot spot as last year, not many deer on this piece but there are some nice ones and I have the woods to myself at the moment. Sixty degrees and a little rain in mid November wtf.
