Nothing but a coyote so far and found a dead gut shot spike. Walked 3 miles and that's it. Only good thing is I found a massive rub. Spiker comes out he might get it. Sitting on my little piece of private hoping something comes out. Happy Thanksgiving

I'll be out time gets pretty limited for me after this weekend. Rain or shine next 4 days I'll be out sunup to sundown. All my dinners are after 5pm so i won't miss family time. I've killed a bunch of deer in the rain. I do know first investment for next year will be a tree umbrella.

Nothing today thought I would see one. Drove around the property since its surrounded by meadows not one deer in them. Good news there is a buck still in there because hes got 2 really fresh scrapes in front of my stand. Planning on going to the spot I went on the opener of gun but not sure if i should go do an all day sit on that property I was at today and wait for him to come back and freshen the scrape up. I'll be there either way in the evenning.

Heading out. Hoping this wind doesn't keep them bedded. Doe or 6pt or bigger pops out is getting a free ride in the truck.

I here with that set technology you can put about any arrow in it. It's that simple to get it tuned. Have you messed with different arrows and weights,spines to just play around with it?

Just got off the phone with my wife. She's got a half day Wednesday so I'll be getting up at noon and heading to the only private piece I hunt. Haven't been there since my brothers deer the first week of November so hoping they've been pushed in and are hanging out. Theres 2 6s I know of and a couple 8s. Plus a pile of does on camera so hoping one comes out.

Yesterday I saw 1 unknown at 930 then at last light i had a doe getting ran by a buck. No idea what he was since it was so dark in the pines. Today: saw way to many hunters ended up on the outskirts of a huge driving party 20-25 people. Left there and went back to my opening day spot. Ended up finding a bunch of fresh rubs and scrapes that werent there yesterday. Wont be out until Thursday. Should be a handful of us doing drives.

Well no luck. I did find all the hunters. 26 total. 25 doing drives at first light. I'm talking 630they started. So picked my brother up and we went for a walk where I was yesterday to check for sign a big one must of made it through yesterday because there was big sumac torn up and shavings were green and not frozen scrapes stink. I should of been there this morning but theres still one in there. My friend and nephew had same issues with hunters so he did some driving around and found one of the chunks we hunt empty. So we will target that one more as well.

Up waiting on my brother. Not sure where we are going. Might just set him up on a piece and go cruise.

Congrats to all that punched tags today. Day was slow saw one about 100yards out at 930. Saw a hunter at 230 which suprised me because I was so far out. he waved and went the opposite way in a hurry. Then finally at 425 had a buck running a doe around at 80yards. It was so dark in that hemlock swamp i couldn't tell what it was. Group ended up with 2 does. Total deer spotted between everyone was 45 deer everyone on stateland minus 1 who saw 15 at his fil. Picture is my nephews doe. 50 yards waited for her to turn broadside double lung and top of the heart. Very proud of him.

Hoping guys coming into sit this afternoon push me something. I've been so bored I'm counting trees. Lol not even a tree rat for company today

The woods I'm in are dead quite right now. No squirrels,birds nothing kinda weird. Had a ton of midday action here last year so hoping for a repeat.

Up nobody on road when we got here 1.5miles back didn't jump anything. From where my brothers at it's a 3/4 mile from the road way and you can here trucks come in. Nothing so good so far. Good luck to everyone.
