I've got a change in fields this year too. Went by today one spot i hunt and they have wheat in the field my stand is in which is usually beans or corn. Then there is corn in the adjacent field which has been clover and hay for the last 10 years. Wondering if this might change up any trails. The corn field I won't be able to hunt cause corn is planted right to the trees and i only have access to the field and about 15 yards of tree line before another field which is another owner. Should be interesting. I like corn in at least one of the fields so I can sneak along the corn rows.

best of luck. My dog is like my sidekick for sure. Never easy when they get older but wouldnt miss the time with them for anything.

You'll have a good time and a lot of laughs. But I will say I'm not much on camping anymore. Not paying money to downgrade my lifestyle these days. Used to camp a lot and realized I had just as much fun under a real roof with a shower, AC and cable to watch a game, on the boys fishing trips. And it actually cost less in the end than buying all the gear etc. And we still had a great time and didnt have to sleep on the ground. Had a lot of good times camping , enjoy yourself . There isn't much better than sitting around a campfire telling stories and busting chops.

Leftovers but man this was good. Venison strap wrapped in bacon and the cranberry sauce was perfect with it. And still have fruit so another fruity GF drink. Lol

Gotcha. They are nice the poly still is mostly metal including the cylinder. But yeah I know what ypur saying. And if you not carrying it a lot don't need the poly anyway. This one is my only pistol

If you go for a judge checkout the poly. So much lighter . Only holds 5 but makes it slimmer. I love mine.

Just saw this trailer. Big name with Josh Brolin. Dunno how good a movie it will be but good to see someone unafraid to make a movie about hunting.
