    I like heart sliced and in a cast iron with onions butter and garlic. I know alot of people leave the organs in the woods. I take them when I kill or a buddy does liver and heart.

    I've done alot of pickled hearts same a wolc I add jalapenos and red pepper and onions and whole garlic cloves. It doesn't last long had a buddy stop over hi I and my kids are the whole jar.

    Ive butcher alot of animals never a bear but I know alot of guys can it and do grinds burger and sausage maybe a roast or 2.

    Nuisance deer? Great shooting reminds me of my days hunting the vineyard nuisance hunting.

    15 to 20 sometimes lower don't usually see deer in a stand so. We'll find out soon. For downstate hunting.

    Took a ride before dark counted 28 deer and 15 turkeys. 16 deer less then a mile from my house. All does and little ones. Seen a big bodied deer but was too far to tell if it had antlers. Feeding b4 the dusting of snow. Hopefully enough to track.

    Just got back home little while ago. We got the deer moving this morning on our second drive. A 16 year old shot a small buck we tracked and tracked till the blood was scarce and headed into swamp they called off track. I had a doe come down to within 20 yards stand no horns. Nice to just see deer. Found lots of sign ground scrapes and tree rubs. Nice hunting till the wind picked up and poured. ALso found a dead head think it's the 4 my wife's cuzin shot last year.more scrapes just didn't take pics of all of them.

    The third pair is an early Christmas gift for @Swamp_bucks for the invite to hunt and hooking me up with a lake house instead of a hotel room. Hopefully the pics will roll out Friday or Saturday.

    Dam right wonder how far he went after the shot. I shot a 5 pointer a few years back alittle back with the muzzleloader tracked jumped him he stopped shot him right through the eye he took off running. Lost blood called it a night he went another 150 200 yards went off a ridge found him in a u shape around a tree half way down the drop off. Lucky we found him never thought a deer would go that far.

    I know how to hand wash socks and clothes that's how we did laundry first part of Iraq war my post didn't have washer or dryer.

    Not sure got permission from the land owner happened to be a person he just set a pole barn for. The buck wasn't far from where his son and wife seen it this morning. I would have went but trying to save my buck tag got plans with @Swamp_bucks the 18-21. Not sure we only had a spike 5 which they got earlier this week a 6 and 8 pointer on cam.

    Well buddy went in jumped the buck said he had the crosshair on him and shot. He said he doesn't know how he missed. Looked for blood buck head back across where he crossed. He said that buck took off like nothing was wrong with him. Hopefully he survives if not the coyotes will be on him.

    He heard a shot hopefully the mercy killing is over. I like to kill deer at full health. But you know sometimes things have to be done. Hopefully they got him.

    Well just heard from buddy who saw buck said took the deer like 20 steps to cross Rd. He can't be that far.

    Well we didn't hunt this am. But one of our hunters was on his way to get new tires and saw a wounded 8 point on three legs headed to posted property b4 my buddies. There going to sit this afternoon. Think he said the front leg was missing. Hope they get him.

    I love crude humor must be because I was around it for 4 year in the army. There's way worst out there then what chef put up. The bikini clad girls cooking eggs. Sex is emplied in everyday life. Pics of a buck and a doe mounted. Existence relays on breeding how ever people take it.

    I'm in I wonder if being a legionnaire if I could get the building for free for you. The American legion is a great organization the can get flyer and banners through Budweiser company and you can post them around it what we do for rabbit derby up here. I think it'd be a great get together and will be there this year and hopefully get the invite back next year to hunt and hang out.
