The last week or two I've been really amped. I'll start shooting around 8/1. Yesterday even with 100 degree heat index I went for a walk in the woods. I was rewarded when I got stung in the ankle by a yellowjacket. I ordered new hiking/bowseason boots and an M7 Millenium.

I think there may be more 4.5's killed on this forum than people realize. Too many people incorrectly judge a buck's age by the score of their rack. My Dad's 4.5 buck last year didn't crack 100". We had pics of him september through november, but neither of us ever caught a glimpse of him until my Dad shot him with the xbow from the ground (no blind) under 25 yards. Can't shoot them from the couch.

Can you push the date back till December or January? My Grandfather was a big golfer, so he had all 4 hips replacements done in the winter every year so it wouldn't ruin his season.

Lots of research shows the positives of mental health even just looking at the pool daily even if you don't swim. It makes people happy/upbeat.
