  1. Always enjoyed seeing weapons from the Civil War. Wow, the London Kerr revolvers serial numbers 1 and 2.
  2. Just think; if we all were off grid, know one would care.
  3. A great buy at $100 in that video. Pennies work when they were still made out of copper. I save some old copper water pipe for this purpose.
  4. I'd go all red; but that's just me. LOL. I have one of those handy dandy electric spreaders; hooks on the back of a four wheeler, you can borrow if you like.
  5. Been finding a few in the junk. One had a melted case. Must be a hot item, LOL.
  6. I have read where crows have a strong family history. Many generations flock together; unless some of you get to them first, LOL.
  7. When you said stone. I thought maybe a stone back splash on the counter. I do now see the stone mixed in with the glass; nice touch!
  8. Time's a ticking. I figure enjoy the money while I'm still around. These days, one can still make $ and still draw from SS.. Like a big fat pay raise.
  9. It's a nice contrast between the darker cupboards and the lighter counter top. Blends everything together. What does the stone look like?
  10. Hang a big fat juicy lobster on the end of that fishing pole, LOL. Works every time.
  11. Had to use a hatchet to get this guys G-2 s out of the ice.
  12. Cograts Otto. Very nice picture. Maybe this will get the misses more involved if you give her the gift card, LOL.
  13. Don't forget Wyoming and Genesee counties for that Blizzard Warning1
  14. Their calling for 3 to 5 feet+ in the Tughill area. I don't know how those people that live there can.
  15. It's 5 degrees here. A solid 8" overnight. We have no wind. Prepared for worse, than what it is.
  16. Travel advisory for Northern Erie County. Thruway closes to truck and bus traffic exit 46 to PA. line at 8 pm.. Maybe an inch here all day in the (sip of gin and tonic) lake effect snow. Time to break into the lemon pepper Jim Beam jerky.
  17. Last blizzard warning was issued for Northern Erie County was last year; when then multi car pileup on the 90, near Lancaster happened. Like 60- 70 vehicles.
  18. Some 42 years ago today marks the start of the "Blizzard of 77."
  19. Third batch almost done; forth batch soaking up the sun, LOL
  20. Don't want to alarm anyone really but, this storm could very well meet the standards for a blizzard warning to be in issued.
  21. It was posted on PA. thruway authority site when G- Man posted. That one and the 20+ car one east bound at 12:30 in the same area.
  22. That stretch of roadway: it always seem to be bad weather conditions in the winter..
  23. Good luck on the growing! I been meaning to get some planted but, always turn out to be maple trees, LOL.
