    I see these two birds together, in the mornings and evenings, quite often. They both look like really big toms.

    In my travels yesterday, I recorded another showing of two big toms traveling together walking where farmers have managed to a least get in and plow. These are really nice turkey that I have been seeing the last two weeks, on and off. I snicker and laugh as I drive by them. No GPS replies, thank you, LOL. I don't remember ever seeing two toms, of this large size traveling together like this before. Any ideas.

    Honey bees use dew from the grasses, this time of year. Might be why you haven't noticed many at the pond yet. Honey bees visit bodies of water more often, during dryer times of the year

    There's clover in there. I'd save yourself some money and mow it off, close to the ground. Then see what happens.

    Looks like a good crop of frogs this season due to the wet spring.Season starts, what June 15th.

    Not the number of bees in a colony this season due to the late Spring. The greatest number of bees in a colony is just prior to a honey flow, when the greatest number of flowers are in blossom, Late start this season due to the cold wet weather.

    Goggle the studies preformed by Cornell. Strong evidence to support the seed treatment use on Agriculture treated corn seed ending up in the corn tassel. Bees work the tassel and contact is made with the contaminated pollen.

    This is based on the other post, where the OP didn't want any comment. I might be the only one with a lot a food on my plate here and what to eat first. Most likely some of this will be many years in the making, I hope.

    I'm still seeing big Tom's on my travels around. Looking really bright and shinny, this time of year. I laugh, as I drive by them. Farmers are in the fields later this year; as are the turkeys.

    My grandfather would have success grafting a fruit tree limb on a fire cracker. I only wish I was more interested in the subject back then. The older verities still taste like apples.
