You can see the red glow from ir and purple from black flash as well. Sometimes I can hear a camera warm up as I walk by them..

Along the thoughts I have about this.. https://life.shared.com/mom-and-dog-owners-charged-after-2-year-old-boy-mauled-to-death-by-pitbull

They hear the bulbs warming up . Same happens in white flash or ir camera. I prefer white flash as I like color.. you dont buy a black and white TV why do you accept black and white photos....

I didnt know this was still a thing.. when is whittail deer week,or bear week?

Yes you can ! Or make you place a part of its home range which can be pretty small if everything it needs is provided.. https://www.qdma.com/new-data-buck-home-range-size-age/

Saw 1st poults on camera yesterday..maybe 7 to 10 days old.. product of 3rd nesting attempt I'm sure. They will be lucky to be 5lbs come fall...

The deer stand under them and wait for squirrels to shake limbs so they drop, squirrels cant get in the burrs but when they open they shake limbs and run down the tree to gather.. the cinnamon bear was checking out a 7 year old tree that just got its 1st crop this year.. hoping it doenst pull tree down like other I've lost to them.
-
I did that back in 94.. 100 of them. They are seeding themselves now I've lost quite a few but the largest produced for years before they succumbed to the blight, and they grow readily from stump and produce quickly.. acorn are hit and miss this year but chestnuts seem to be loaded at the moment setting burrs about the size of a quarter right now

It's so quiet, I use it to trim all my shooting lanes and prep tree to put up ladder,or hanging. I've cut 5 in oak limbs with it no problem and its last a long time. The chainsaw I've cut large oak trees out of roadways up to 20 in in diameter making 20 or so cuts thru the log itself in to 16 in fire wood. The only thing I've dont to chainsaw is switch to Oregon quick sharp chain and sharpener. Saves lot of time sharpening chain when clearing trails as it always hits a rock or dirt cutting logs laying across. Simply snap on chain sharping block and push and run saw and remove back in buisness in 30 seconds.. for what I cut I will not use any of my gas husqvarna saws( I have 3 nice ones) again. Easy and quiet are it with this battery saw, if I was cutting fire wood in any quantity I'd use gas but I gave that up when I built new house in 07.. -
Never mounted fish but this may make me change my mind..

The New to Market Culver Creek ATV Plow

Perhaps a second row of "plows " staggered behind 1st, would also create a "box" on top to add log or blocks for weight. And cut down on passes needed. -
A 220 conibear over the hole.. done deal

Unfortunately I don't really get excited deer hunting anymore for myself, I enjoy the habitat management and cameras more than hunting every year it's almost become a challange to see what I can really accomplish.. .. I would like the the senior member of camp to kill his buck of a life time, and so I put a lot of effort into the area around his stand this year including rebuilding his ladder so he can climb into it( his knees are very bad, needs replacements but keeps putting it off) that's where the 10 pt is. and of course they youngsters just starting out to see and possibly take some game. Get them hooked a bit into the hunting world and hope fully get them into the habitat manipulation aspect of it..unfortunately that hasn't happened yet..

I have 3 batteries that are all the same one for each cordless tool I. Have ir so they all work interchangeably. Clear shooting lanes with pole saw , quiet and quick, and clear trails with chainsaw, as well as dropped many trees over the winter. Love the fact its quiet, no gas stench to leave or get on me. The snow blower clears walk way and elevated deck as well as cleans off pond for ice skating and hockey. Sun joe/ snow Joe have a 20volt system (decent bunch of guys bought the 20volt pole saws after using my 40volt) A 40 volt system that is pretty impressive that I have , and now they came out with a 100 volt.. I really would like to try the chainsaw as it's a 20 in bar as some of the trees I was dropping i had to cut from both sides as the bar wasnt long enough. -
Depending on size you start with 2 to 3 year for larger , 10 years from a nut. 50 x100 I would do 4 or 5 chestnuts. ( need 2 to cross pollinate and if one were to die you would only have 1)
