  7. Was apartment above..heavy smoke and water damage to restaurant.
  8. I'm sure reenactment was done.. I always forget to take pictures when I'm really enjoying something..that's why it's best if there is dedicated cameraman.. removed from emotional connection to hunters
  9. I have never understood closing up the back of a truck..I bought it to haul stuff.. not snap or fold a top on and off and limit what I could put in it.. if I wanted that I'd get a surburban or out back or blazer.. pay money for something so you can pay more money to close it up...makes no sence

Not sure if this applies here but Interesting I've been to 4 of these bars.. http://www.newyorkupstate.com/drinks/2018/02/62_bars_you_should_visit_in_new_york_1_for_each_county.html#incart_river_home
  11. I don't know what you mean by plant? You can graft it and get the same tree but will never get same from seed. If it's a producing tree in a huntable area .releasing it would make it more productive. And live longer The reason it's loaded is because it's stressed dying if you will from lack of light and competition. That is the same reason you injure a tree by pruning.. make the tree believe it is dying and it will reproduce to carry on it's genes. You can also go hit apple trees with rolled up newspapers to shake the bark ..also causing it to produce more.
  12. Yes there are more red states than blue and it would not be ratified I agree..I get upset by the waste of time and resources put on things that are unnessary .
  13. Well from your photos it seems that your next step should be some kind of timber management. And feather edge of your plot to allow more light and cover.. when you get some saplings growing the bucks will rub the crap out of them as well as stage downwind.. i know its very tempting to put your stand onnthe plot but honestly your better off in the staging area 20 to 50 yards down wind.. at least for the pressured mature buck nys has. If you were the only hunter on 400 acres like out west then hunt the plot..
  14. Why are you adding nitrogen to clover? If your killing it to change it to another crop all the nitrogen is in the ground from the clover nodules breaking down. If you were going with a turnip oat mix only I can understand why personally . I would not frost seed till end of March. We still can have a lot of winter.. but keeping an eye on weather in your area will help
  15. Here is an older version..do we give them each their own season. Carbon fibre is pretty advanced.let alone the use of velcro......
  16. Yes ..carb was prolly screwed up with old gas that seperated. Happens a lot I get a lot of small engine toys I spring and fall when people are to lazy to pull and clean carb.
  17. I wonder what season this would go in .. ...
  18. Nope could care less.. it's all family money now.. real racing died years ago.
  19. I love when they compare the USA to rest of the world.. at least we don't riot at football(soccer) game and kill hundreds and wound many others..

    Made it home

Nice though I am surprised at how muscles are exaggerated by the form. Seems to be trend trying to show bucks as ripped.. I've never seen that in the wild in fall with their winter coats . At least in 30 plus years hunting .. the work on. It looks to be above average I happy you like it
  21. Congrats as a fellow left handed shooter you will find some of what you want will not be available. I have the same bow and an older Mathews. Once your pins are set and you have muscle memory 60 plus yards is quite doable on a range.. the let off is about the same as holding a feather.. very well built bow if you aim right and can judge distance correctly you can be deadly.
  22. New York has great opportunity with big game hunting for deer and bear.. perhaps moose in the future. Public land is plentiful and within an hour of every major city. Bag limits are large. Compared to other states N.Y. is affordable and has a fairly high success rates. Is it the best ? No the worse? no.. other pills put ny low due to cold weather and snow.. to me that's an attraction. The deer hunting here is as good as any other state I would not travel anywhere to kill a deer. Another species yes. ( I know people want to SAY well I want a 180in but I enjoy 140s 150s and in reality the same size deer are available here as are normally shot in other states) the biggest thing that keeps my in the middle is the number of hunters..but. after opening week you can find yourself alone in vast tracks of land with a little effort. The average long shot distance in ny is 100 yards. Western states is much further.. personally anythi g over 100 yards to me is target practice not hunting..
  23. Oh yes. Bbq I in yourkshire corners before chamdlers steakhouse. It's krolicks bbq very good if you never stopped..they do catering as well
