Sitting in my stand since 6:30. At 8:15 a small spike walks in front of my stand stops 14 yds away munching on berries for 6 mins broadside. He doesnt know how lucky he was. Told him to go get daddy. Got it all on video. Will post later.

Sittin on a ridge on state land in southern 9P, beautiful view behind me with the valley and ridge in the distance, no action yet, owl scared the hell out of me on the way in at 630, 46 degrees and mostly cloudy, light winds from the west, good luck!

Doe and fawn moved thru fawns sleeping 30 yds out and mommy is nowhere to be seen

Just got a report back from my brother. 4 Pointer and doe coming in, on the cam's the 4 pointer was running with a 9, so hopefully he is around somewhere!

Had a Doe across the creek around 9 but no shot. Buddy of mine had an 8 come through at 815 but spooked when he pulled up on him. Cup of coffee and I'm headed back out.

Jumped 2 deer on the way in at 6am. @ 730 had a small doe or a button buck coming straight at me w/ a 6 pointer. They meandered left. As I cut them off, they busted me. Picked up some buck poop to see if it was still warm, That crap stinks! Found 3 rubs. The 6 point still had some velvet left, but only at the base. Damn, I just want a velvet buck!
