I wonder how many cooks you get from those small green canisters if you didn't do the conversion- can't imagine very many

1 pound canisters versus 20 pound tank.  Show me common core math mr teacher . But yes I immediately ordered the adapter for it.  My head is more than a hat rack …. Sometimes

I am still trying to figure out if I am cleaning correctly, over oiling, under oiling - maybe I am making it more complicated than need be.  I have now "seasoned" it about 17 times.  lol  And I am happy to host a heart attack get together once the weather cools a bit.  I still can't figure out eggs on it.  They always come out looking dirty.

Sounds like to much oil being left on the griddle. You should not see any "wet spots" after it cools

All was spot on but for the bun...couldn't find regular slider rolls.
It's missing a certain gaseous rumbling immediately after I eat but maybe that will come later!
