Ohhh man here comes another 14 pages...LOL...

Yes they reviewed them on NAHC...would be illegal in NY...BUT...they do also have a arrow tip that disperses pellets into game on impact...those do not use any type of ignited powder and I don't think the DEC laws have any wording that would disallow them for small game or turkey...give that time though

Probably still going to be illegal. Cool, yes. Dangerous, yes. Drop one from the stand? That'll be a long 2-3 seconds til it hits.

actually the way i understood that is the purpose of the plastic protector on the front, its supposed to make it so if you drop it it wont go off it takes the power (lets say around 200 fps) of the bow to set it off.... i dought if it would hit the ground at over 30 fps even if you dropped it from 20 ft up a tree, plus ground is a slightly soft surface esp for something that small...

I feel it is a unique idea that may have practical uses for bow hunters if it were legal, for say feral pigs, varmits, etc.

I also think if NY State ever eventually gets it's way and achieves a total ban on firearms, or enough regulation to make it vitually impossible to own one, or use it for anything, these may be a good option to allow hunters to keep hunting.

I believe we all read and answered the question...I suppose any of us adding anything more than a yes or no would be as irrelevant to your question .... just as your adding "it's pretty cool"

Next time ask and say all you want is a yes or no...might make a better day for you...

i believe some may over look the simplicity of a question in its basic form... which is partly why a handful are always arguing about "irrelevant" matters. no one is having a bad day at all to be honest with ya.

but if i posted a picture of a Lamborghini gallardo and asked if anyone has seen one on the road, i bet your reply would be well i am not a fan of red and the tires might not do the car justice in the snow. point being some of you extend more then an opinion which is fine, but dont get your panties in a bunch if along the way someone thinks comments with extended opinions are getting old.

i did not ask anyone if they were illegal, i asked if anyone has seen these before, rather simple if you ask me lol

your bitter 14 page comment was no where near pertinent to my question so say what you want your first reply was way off the mark

I did not realize putting LOL after a comment was being bitter...wow there are a lot of bitter folks on this forum...

Actually grow and I butt heads a ton. But, I digress. I think she just got under your skin this time around, and all she did was mention legality, which I still think was relevant to the thread as it was pretty general about "seeing" the product. Whatever floats the boat, right?
