Rubbing yet?

I was down in eastern PA today and saw a road kill buck that was velvetless. Anyone seeing any rubs or deer without velvet yet?

Im sure their rubbing the velvet off some may have no velvet left havn't seen any clean horns yet.

I haven't seen any rubs yet on either of the properties I hunt in 7J/7H.  I'm sure there are some, but I'm not delving too deep into the woods until start of bow season.

Had this little hard horned buck show up this morning. I've only found one small rub so far.

About a week ago I took the dog for a walk and found a couple small rubs right on the trail. I saw a small buck out in a field  Saturday afternoon. He was way out there but  and he looked pretty shinny. Im sure that most of the bucks are rubbed by now.

On my way home from Atlantic City today I saw 2 great bucks in full velvet near asbury park exit on garden state parkway. One was a monster 8.

saw a smallish 8 out of velvet today, maybe 100in. i'm sure there are rubs but all my stands are hung and i stay out of woods till oct 1 now. let all the surrounding camps push deer into my property with their atv riding and stand hanging during the next month....

Went out yesterday for squirrel n walked all over the place , didn't see any fresh rubs and saw two small bucks still fuzzy out in Batavia ...

Couple from tonight (9/2)..... the only hard horn buck is the nice 9'er I've had my eye on all summer. His 3 buddies are all still fuzzies.

They could be clean by the morning for all I know.

Haven't found any rubs but scrapes started popping up in one of my areas about a week ago!

I noticed that too. That's weird ...... all the other deer seem to have changed coats except that one is still in summer colors. What makes it even more strange is that all the deer around my place still have that red summer coat, although there is an awful lot of hair loss happening right now.

The deer that I've been getting on trailcams are in the summer/winter coat transisition too.
