Great morning tons of doe and a 6pt that I could have put a 5yrd shot on. I hated leaving the stand at q after 8 for a doctors appt. I was thinking why did I schedule this apt so freakin early. I got there at 9 only to hear it was at noon. Damn idiot!!

Brrrrr cold 21 when I sat down

3 hours later around 9 starting seeing deer

Has a doe and fawn hustle out then three small bucks the 3 bucks went three did ways just searching and harassing does

Passed the 3 point at 20 all rest too far out

Got dentist so need to get down shortly, sure now that it is a balmy 32!

So crunchy going in..there was a frost heaving and the leafs were frozen...took so long getting to stand trying to be quiet..it was getting light....JUST TO FIND...the deer were bedded under my stand...nice!! ...so we had snorting and stomping...I couldn't get the grunt tube out so hit the doe bleat...and kept walking just to see they never ran too far...any who they scattered and I got settled in the stand...at 7 a big doe ran out and crossed down from me right next to the cardboard blind...then a fawn followed...there were 6 beds between 15ft and 30ft from my stand so I was waiting and watching for more...10mins later a young 8pt circled in behind me ...I tried to get him closer...50yrds out and the grunt tube was froze..so hit bleat can..mistake he lowered his head and picked up his pace to get out of there....by 9a.m. I was frozen...went and cleaned tree limbs.trees off the trails...Oh  had 2 turkey fly down ..one next to me and one was roosted over the blind...good morning

Good sit tonight, deer moving around. Had the doe and button come in, followed by a 4 who hung out for a little then started chasing the doe around. Good to see some chasing around, especially with that doe.

Saw 2 doe at 230 then a 4 at 400 nice buck at 430 then a spike with 2 does before dark 4 in a field walking out

A few doe and a couple of young buck in the age field..headed to the corn....this standing corns killing me!......then one as I came in ......I should have hunted the turnips instead of woods....

Small bucks chasing doe on public land in 8N last night, I was doing the tilt-a-whirl trying to get a shot at a doe, didn't work out, headed doen to southern tier to hunt state land and private with my girlfriend. Glad she finally has time to get out.

Finally, some action! Had a small buck chase a doe through this morning. Come on big boys!

Saw 7pt and two half racks. Walking in I hear chasing going on but I continue on towards my stand. Then 3 doe come my way. They snort and take off, I snort wheeze and grunt with my mouth. I hear a crash and one coming my way all stiff legged in the brush. We must have been 20-30yrds apart. Then I hear him start walking away does a deep grunt followed by a wheeze and takes off on the chase. Land owner said they saw a giant back there a week ago!! Then 10am came and it was decision time, crap myself or get out. I stayed..just kidding

Dead today in 3N....had a doe walk by @10yrds she was acting weird, her tail was half way up the entire time and  every so often she would  flicker it. Anyone know if this is a doe in heat?

I've seen several doe walking with tails at half mast and off to the side..heats on...

Had the same 1.5 yr old buck as this morning chasing a different doe though I think this evening. A different 1.5 yr old buck popped out of the woods to see what was going on too. It's nice to finally see something going on in the woods!
