growalot
Well I added a bit of Red Frank's sauce. Salt to taste...took the sauce out of crock pot to thicken it up and ladled over a bed of Romano covered penne. Topped this with the veggies and chicken. Very tasty. The chicken shredded with a fork but moist,it had a bit of a sweet undertone due to the wine. The veggies soaked up the thyme and other seasonings...oh it also had one medium onion quartered.
