Baked chicken,thanks to a whopper of a storm, potato salad, corn,mixed green salad. Strawberry - rhubarb pie.

Wife makes these mussels for Father's Day , anniversary and birthday pretty much every time for me. She got the recipe from White Oaks spa in Niagara Falls , Ontario. A premiere restaurant of Ontario. We stayed there for our 10 year anniversary moons ago So good. The bread is to dip into the yummy sauce.

Light fare tonight. A stew of cabbage, beef, potatoes, tomato, and mushrooms, topped off with some Apple cider vinegar with mother.

Grilled venison, mac salad, sautéed mushrooms and avocado.

No desert got volleyball playoffs tonight!!

Venison steaks marinated in a parm/ garlic, yellow rice, green salad, peas...the best cherry pie I have ever had. Made by our daughter for fathers day from their cherry tree. Dang she is a good cook

Switch our spinach for the peas and add sauteed Portobello mushrooms...so good!

Cooked up some boneless chicken breasts with the sous vide. Little pepper , little salt and coconut milk. Then cut into finger sized pieces. Dipped in egg and rolled in panko crumbs and coconut and lightly fried to brown. Thai peanut dipping sauce. Liking the sous vide
