Then I added a box of cooked pasta, a container of cottage cheese, and then shredded Colby and Monterey jack. Mixed in some creole seasoning. Then put in a cup of milk. I like little smokies in it too. Gives it even more flavor. Can make a cheese sauce like a usual Mac and cheese too it works the same. I smoked it in hickory for an hour and 20 min at 220.
