What do you put on the sprouts before you grill them? I would like to eat more but I just haven't found a way to cook them that I like enough to eat more.

Raw in the microwave for 3 minutes. This makes them soft. Then pour in olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix them around and I put them on those wooden skewer things. Grill them up and then toss them back into bowl with olive oil. You could add garlic too, or hot sauce, etc. we usually sprinkle grated cheese on top. .

I like to dice them up and the stir fry them.  My wife likes to bake them whole in the oven.

Grilled chicken Alfrado over penne.

The sauce had portabella, onion, garlic, red pepper, hot pepper from our garden(just the right heat but not hot),broccoli,zucchini,carrots...topped with a grating of parmesan....side of sliced garden tomato and cuke.

Have to say Ohhhh so good!
