My NY archery bear.

Took my first bear this past season.  I've been buying the tags for years and finally got to use one when the price dropped.    I had a few close calls over the years, 30-40 yards, and took this 200 lb. boar at 10 yrds.

wow great looking bear, were are you from in NJ ? I grew up in Paramus and now have been in upstate NY for over 40 years...I never have seen a bear in the woods. I use to hunt down by Liberty NY and did see tracks at times. Now in the catskills area and no a sign near our town of Franklin...
