84. You know our courses are 18 holes and not 9 right ?!

Garage cleaning up, so why not a pic of a great beer (my last one- need my friend in dutchess county to bring me more) and the clubs that will assist me in breaking 90 on 18 holes in front of you own eyes.

What’s the slope? Tougher than Bethpage Black? For most, the walking only makes Bethpage tougher but I did shoot 96 there with back to back triples to end it because I was so happy knowing I would break 100 and drinking lol

Heard walking Bethpage is a biatch. Always uphill with long distances from green to tee. Buddy and I shot 63 at the Burn in best ball Tips + I made 6 birdies and friend 3. Tournament record low. Last year I played competitively but names on a plaque there. No regrets , enjoying my time with family. Daughter n I fish n hunt my days off now.

Streak broken! I didn’t try a new one. I remember liking this one a lot from a weeks ago so I went back to it.

For TF, I held up the entire line of commuters for this pic. I tried my best.

Yea Bethpage on Aug 20th is the last time I touched a club. I only play 10-15 times per year because I’m always torn between golf, fishing, pool parties, etc. although I’m shot 85 several times i think my best ever round was an 89 at Boca Grove. 141 slope from the whites. Or actually maybe a 91 at centennial which is nearby me and 143 slope (not from tips either). Tough courses. I always wonder what I could shoot on something under 120 slope.

I play centennial on wed. Night league. Love that course. Sand traps leave little to be desired though.

Nice. I haven’t played it in a few years but nice with 27 holes. Used to be like $135/round on the weekends, but heard it cheaper now. Definitely some very tough holes, but yea that course is top notch

I play diamond hawk every Monday in a league. Best I’ve done for 9 is +2. That place is maddening.

The layout there creates a huge bottleneck right away, drives me nuts. The first hole is a really difficult fairway to hit and then that 200 yard par 3 plays like a 4 and there’s three groups waiting all of a sudden

Don’t forget the second hole is a driveable par 4 so guys wait forever before teeing off.

And to get this back on track I had this beer yesterday at Moor Pat . It was pretty dang good. 8d829d81eaf21418d659a550fab5aae2.jpg

It is cheaper now. We get a pretty good deal for the league. We play a modified stableford scoring. That handicap system works out extremely fair.

Love Moorpat and the offerings they have   Problem being is the prices

That Magnetic tape is excellent   As is that Singlecut
