Some details would help.......a magazine like Guns & Ammo or Shooting Times?  Or from a Tikka, AR15, Ruger 10/22 etc??

There was a time that jacket had to be over lapped and the buckles pulled as tight as possible, today there is a gap between the two halfs and the buckles barley reach, who'd a thunk a life vest could shrink ?

there has been a "---wink wink----nod nod---- not going to enforce" it and a court ruling that doesn't fully encompass the entire state but the law as written still stands. No different than the ammo background check section.
