best rates are normally 3-6 months out from travel with movements up and down along the way. If you are going next month and $350 is the rate for non stop to and from your desired airports, I'd book it given the fact there probably arent a dozen flights per day to/from your destination.

It's also cheaper to book on a Tuesday or Wednesday but maybe it's just me but on a $300 ticket, I'm not overly concerned about +/- $5 or so.

 

It does look like $350 is the going rate for the flight you're looking for.

Getting around $315 to Wilmington and $290 to Charleston but if your final destination is Myrtle Beach then I'd just go with the $350 straight there.

I usually use Southwest or JetBlue and book direct with them.....not sure of Southwest is an option for you, but they don't charge baggage fees.
