Its a great way my friend.  I’m a big fan of it.

This was probably my best breakfast yet, to be honest.  New to the cover method of non-flipped eggs.

Made a crepe and filled with some shredded sharp cheese and imitation crab.  Something different and it was really good. 

And a patient pup waiting for his weekend egg after a good walk thru the state park .
