There is a lot of questions that the report brings up! How the hell could you mistake a woman walking a dog for a deer especially at pistol ranged!

Sounds like murder to me, if it were up to me he'd be hanging before the ink dried on the judges decision!

The trend in recent years has been  to press criminal charges in such "accidents", and rightfully so...

If it went down as reported, it sounds like a case of criminally negligent homicide at the very least.

I dont no about the rest of you but its pretty dark at 530 by me.  He should be charged, hunting after hours, close enough to hit with a pistol and you still cant tell the difference between a human and a deer.  People like this give hunters a bad name.  And now a family is heartbroken over an act made by an idiot.

Sorry...I should have written " deer hunting accident".....apparently on the news broadcast I watched he claimed he thought she was a deer.....you gotta be freakin nutz to shoot that late!
