How does this thing even stand??

How would you go about cutting it down if you had to/wanted to??

I snapped the picture a few years ago and killed a nice gobbler minutes later............

On my cousins property we used to hunt we had one very similar to that except no hole in the back. I am 6-3 280 and I could fit in that tree. It was my dads favorite spot , he had a little fold up chair he would sit on inside the tree. He shot a lot of deer from his natural ground blind..

It’s ok the way it  is in the photo ,  it’s when it points straight out is when you would need to be worried ..

What a perfect blind this tree would be!  

Would not even think of cutting it down.

Did you get a picture of the gobbler in front of that tree? You always have awesome field pics!

I would set some logs , branches , etc around it and use it for a blind if it was a good deer area .

No pics of the bird By the tree but he gobbled within seconds of the shutter snapping on that picture. 

Mill check the time stamps later and see how long it took to kill him.
