Culvercreek hunt club
The police and DA should be kicked out for just charging her....from the report I read. That will teach her....she could have saved the taxpayers od UT a lot of money if she had a gun rather than a knife...could have been a matching pair
Doc
Somehow I don't think we are seing the whole story here. I am a staunch advocate of home defense, but I'm wondering if there might be a bit more personal involvement between this woman and the two guys. I don't know, but as the story is being portrayed it looks like a clear-cut case of self defense. So the arrest may be very well be based on some other features of the event that we are not privy to. steve863
I'm glad someone else mentioned that there is probably some more to this story that we don't know about before me. I don't know, but even liberal DA's would give a women the benefit of the doubt in a clear cut case of self defense. If she used an illegal gun they may have held that against her, but she didn't use a gun. There had to be more to the story for them to get a murder charge on her. By looking at her mug shot it sure appears that she more times than not helped herself to that marijuana that she claimed to grow for medical purposes and for the benefit of mankind. LOL

LOL Come on....what possible involvement could a single woman who grows medical weed have with some criminals...lol. The thing I never saw mentioned in the atricles was It wasn't her that called the cops. Sounded like it was reported by/for the guy who went to hospital. Good point> Always consider the source and await for more information before making judgement. Lets just see how this plays out. Knee jerk reactions to press releases can make fools of posters in the end.
ny hunter
The problem is she did'nt kill both of these jerks. When she dropped the first one the second one started to cry like a little girl and said they were invited in.So I'm thinking the PD had to arrest her. fasteddie
There are instances where they charge someone with murder , have a trial and do not convict . It avoids the person being charged at a later date as there cannot be a double jeopardy ..........
