I'm in, with the bow. Made an impulse decision to get out in the woods instead of watching tv. Have low expectations of seeing deer, but it is too nice a day to just sit on the couch.

Definitely nice. Windows were loud the first time opening them. They seemed “sealed”. But once you popped them they were quite. Helped a ton with the winds today.

Hunting with the muzzleloader today on the long Island.Got a good spot should be able to still hunt.

31 degrees with light sw wind

from what i've heard the elk you see in spots like that are typically the no-hunt areas.

Morning #4 saw 5 yearling does. No shooters. My buddy that’s with me is snakebite and has only seen 1 deer the whole trip.

Starting to rain here still nothing seen.

Killed many deer from this tree including my third p&y. The holly made a great backing all year. The tree is dead now. Good memories for sure.

130 inches on bucks and I do have a doe tag but I’ve only seen yearlings.

Morning of day 5. Do or die time! Had a small doe under the stand again when I got here! Fingers crossed. My buddy has seen 3 small does today so far. 28 degrees. Feels like 19 with the wind!
