What made these tracks

So I saw these tracks out back coming up from the creek. I’m thinking otter. What are your thoughts

Could be otter. Most likely a muskrat. Hard to tell from the pic's.

Looks like a pair of something. I think not muskrat as you’d see distinct tail drag and stride too long. Fisher would be more zig zag and pounce like.  Curiosity has me now.

I have a definite ID..Those tracks were made by a Quasi- varigated, semi- reticulated Snotweasle…..

I've seen LOTS of 'em…..They mate this time of the year...The mating process is pretty disgusting, so since this is a family forum, I will refrain from giving the details...No need to thank me..As an old veteran woodsmen I enjoy sharing my vast knowledge of the outdoors...

Perhaps, but I haven't been down your way lately...

Tracks are too small to be a heffalump, so probably a woozle.
