Black deer are more rare than Albinos .

I had seen them a couple years ago also . Paula was trying to figure out how to post them so I assisted . It would be neat to see a black deer in the woods .

Native Americans have/had all albino animals as sacred. I wonder what they would say about a black animal which is rarer?

The Native Americans probably wouldn't let it in any of their Casinos !  : ..... ???

I think the Native Americans of today would have them as the dinner specials in their casino.

I wouldn't shoot that.  too special. and I wouldn't shoot a pie bald or albino either.  I'd rather see them run free, and possibly increase the rarer population.

Id shoot it, just like an albino or piebald. They probably taste just like any other deer, delicious. 

If you have an idea on how genetics works, youd realize that all deer carry the genes for such anomalies, they are just recessive genes and the traits dont show up as often as dominant ones do.

You would shoot it, and probably wound it with a gut shoot , and it would die a slow painful death. 

me personally, I'd rather see them running around than on my dinner table.

But Id spend days tracking it till I found it, and it would be served up with gravy and mashed potatoes.

Correction...
