Frogs freezing yes fog no never  new fog can freeze .

Yes, but not often.

we get this off the lake on occasion.  Lake is warmer than the ground and fogs over then everything freezes.  fun stuff people in NY have.  Freezing fog, Gropple, lake effect.....
