Blueberry Maple Sausage....ala Lawdwaz

Sue and I made some Blueberry Maple breakfast sausage this morning... thanks to Lawd for some surplus venison!  Yield was 12 lbs !

Hey that looks great Chris, glad to pass it along.  I gave Taco Tim some that day also........I'm confident he'll come up with something special and also knock it out of the park

I have to add, later that same day, Andrew (TreeGuy) gave me a dandy size Ziploc bag of yellow perch.  We had them the next evening for dinner and they were delicious.  It's nice to give AND receive!!

Thanks Larry for the donation. I will probably try making some kielbasa with it. Don't expect to see any pics of my kielbasa while I'm wearing a bathrobe!
