I passed this raffle plan along to my kids baseball program- May not be using guns as prizes but it s a great easy raffle once prizes are arranged.

It's the easiest most unbiased way to run one. They can't say oh you redid a number so someone you knew won. There's literally no way to fix it unless you got some super secret inside man at the lottery which even then is audited by multiple firms and individuals it'd be harder to fix the lottery than the stupid McDonald's Monopoly game
