Moog playing with the TC 308 Win hand cannon

Moog  took the old girl for a couple trips. Shot it very well at 95 yards.  This shot was with the full load 308 Win with 150 grain bullets.  The 130 grain reduced recoil are even bigger pussycats.

Could moog possibly be branching out, and expanding his hunting horizons even more, with a pistol purchase in the future??

I believe you need to upload the video to a host sight like YouTube.  Then post the link.

I use Youtube for video and ironically have two going on this morning.  It is taking forever to complete and I think it's on my end....something is bogging me down.

The Remington XP100R I bought from Pygmy 8-9 years ago (the start of a great friendship I might add) was chambered in 260Rem and sure recoiled but not bad at all and accuracy was terrific.

It was a surprisingly fun gun to shoot and pretty darn accurate.   Thanks for the chance.  Now I can say I have shot a full load 308 from a pistol.   lol  Recoil just pops the front up so its not really that hard to manage.

There almost seems like less recoil in the pistol than int he rifle.

My hunting partner Gary has the TC Contender in a 7mm-08 barrel. A hoot to shoot and very accurate. Like moog said, recoil isn't really as bad as you would think. Shooting a rifle round from a handgun.

I shoot that in my deer rifle. Not obnoxious at all. That takes it up a notch or two! Im not a pistol guy however that looks like a blast lol. Nice going.

The video is pretty deceptive on the actual clearance.  It is prey loud under that pavilion roof though.
