luberhill
I’ve been using my ground blind and killed a doe opening morning . issue is it has 4 windows . I usually only open 3 and sit with my back to the corner all dressed in black. the front window faces one trail , the back another , and the side another... but leaving today I discovered a nice fresh rub, big cedar torn up. it’s on a rocky sharp pointed ridge and opposite the window I leave closed . now I really want to watch all 4 sides.. but I’m afraid the deer would see my shape ??? Slow movement , perhaps partially close other windows

Robhuntandfish
Unzip it and send it! It's late in season, take the risk of getting busted if it gives you a better chance. 3

Daveboone
hunt the wind. pin burlap over the sides you dont want to be distracted by. I always though I was better concentrating on themost likely direction, rather than try to watch 360 degrees and increase my movement.

Catskills54
Assuming that you're doing gun (can't say about shotgun, but probably ok), take some black mosquito netting (fine synthetic mesh netting), apply over window and shoot through. Long range marksman approved... It hides your shape and outline, you can still see through, and it won't change trajectory of a rifle round. Can be as easy as mesh cut to shape and stuck with duct tape, make sure it's not loose and doesn't flap in the wind, otherwise the movement will give you away. Approved for use in urban scenarios, hard for humans to make out so I'd assume similar for deer. OTOH, if you want to go all out, get an IR reducing spray and spray that since deer "might" see in IR spectrum. But a bit overkill in my opinion... Catskills54
Also, FWIW do it to all the windows and just wear dark clothing (assuming the inside of the blind is already dark). No black necessary and you can enjoy some movement!
Farflung
just crack the windows, or partially open. Then the dark clothing, hat and facemask. I have black "lace" over a couple of mine with small holes cut through them to allow gun barrell.
