First backpack mount..

I like it alot. The only way I'd get one done, is if I actually had to pack one out that way.  At this stage in my life, if my " horse" doesn't have a wheels, I ain't going. Lol.

Agreed, looks awesome but I would only want that if I actually packed it out

I agree,  not for me. But having said that you’re taxi work is always top notch, love seeing what you’ve done .

I think its really cool! Id love to do it for a mount...especially if I tracked it down in the snow and packed it out.

Not sure about a whitetail done like that, but a muley, elk, or caribou would be cool. 

How is the material cost, and time required compared to a standard shoulder mount ?

The material cost is more due to purchasing the packframe and having to get the entire hide dry tanned.  The time invested was less on this mount than a standard one.
