I’m not sure if this is one or two bucks.   Date is right but time is wrong.  All bucks in my area are still in full velvet.  Nice to see a big rack!

Upon closer inspection... I think this is all the same deer.  5 on the left, 4 on the right. 

 A good example of how angles can made size look different, and hide points.

where i come from he has enough horns for 2 bucks though!  nice deer, hope you get a shot at him!

This is the only picture I got... looks like a decent sized deer, with a gnarly scar.

The one in the background is offering a better angle to that stand... but given these 2 opportunities, Id shoot the bigger one.

All bucks are hard-horned.  These are 2 new ones that showed up.  And a coyote showed up too… he better not get too comfortable.

He’s a few miles South in Rush, but there are coyotes up here… there was a dead one on 590 a few weeks ago.

LOL Buckland has tons of coyotes. The turkey numbers are dropping there in past few years. Deer too. Lots of building around it going on. But the yotes are still doing fine.

Nice Rush bucks. Big ones there.

We’ve lucked out with coyotes, only get one on camera every other year or so.  Big bucks… a bit more often.

Everything’s looking good heading into the season.  Does and small bucks on cam 24/7.  Good amount of bigger bucks at night.  No “monsters” yet, but they’ll show up eventually.  End of Oct/early Nov should be exciting. 

edit… looking at the video, that 10 near the water source is a huge deer.  Maybe a “monster” is around already.

Couple more and a smaller late afternoon buck who I wouldn’t hesitate to put an arrow through.

He’s not big but he’s new and kinda cool… I’d shoot him.

Still waiting to see big bucks in daylight… this stud was hitting the water hole at 2 AM.
