Where you are in this life is the result of the choices you made all your life. The government wants to support a lot of people who have made very bad choices in life and will continue to do so. Of course they are using other people's money to do it so they don't care. There needs to be stricter administration of any govt handouts to insure the taxpayers are not being taken advantage of. I object to many govt handouts because they are not designed to help people get back on their feet. They are designed to keep them on relief. And that means they will have to keep voting for the party that continues to promise them the relief. It's obvious vote buying!

You know, if such a practice is as widespread as you are suggesting, then I would say that hunters are a pretty F*^%$d group and honestly NO one should ever even consider letting a hunter hunt their land. Hell, if we hunters think so many of us are up to NO good, then why should anyone else trust us or have an ounce of respect for us?? We all know that there are some bad apples in our bunch, but I really hope that you are not correct with your insinuations here. The hunters I know sure as hell don't go getting DMP's from where they are easy to get to fill them in other areas. OK, so since their are so many bandit hunters out there, what is to stop them from shooting a spike or forkhorn in an AR area and then claiming that it was shot in a non-AR area?? Or are all the AR supporters the upstanding hunters while everyone else is a bandit??

Lets see...every single land owner in this area hunts...the nearest check station is 5 towns away over ,,,a half hour drive...most butcher their own deer...I can't imagine this is an uncommon scenario...So % of hunters in state to % of deer ever checked for age flawed...flawed flawed

Sadly a plethora useful idiots are aiding the stupidity of government dependancy and the dumbing down of America. Its an act of kindness not to give people handouts when they could be doing something useful and either earning their livelihood or learning a trade. Giving people temporary help to get back on there feet is one thing, dependency is quite another. There is no work that is devoid of value and dignity. Everyone who can do something or learn a useful skill unless they suffer from physical or mental disabilities. But to make people dependent on a system that obviates their development is a shame and dooms the individual and the country. Such has been the case with Communists and various forms of socialism and the ultimate outcome is never good. The fact that these types of slavery inducing policies which are driven by the lust for political power have succeeded to this degree makes me wonder how long we will remain a free country. You could make anything work for you. BUT.......... 33lbs is heavy. I'm sure that thing is LOUD to carry and set up. I'd bet that the comfort sucks. If your not comfortable, you won't want to use it. Trust me, save your money and buy a lightweight climber. Summit has plenty to choose from and Craigslist would be a good place to eye. If, at the last minute you haven't found a used one, Dick's will have a giant sale going on at some point.

I would be willing to bet there is no poaching violation there. They would be ticketed for other than poaching. I also now guys from years back that felt the DEC would cut back on deer harvest numbers so they didn't report does either. Old mentality. I don't get why this is so tough. you call it in. When new licensing time is here you bring in unused tags. they are scanned intothe system . better be all there from the reported ones to the unused ones. if not...you don't get that tag that year. lose you unuse either sex? not this year. forget to report it...fine. bring it in and after the fine you get the new years tag. Let the computers and the stors selling the license do the work. No extra ECON officers needed. I would think with the automated system this would be a breeze with the bar codes

Yes shutoff valve before the filter. This way it can filter out any debree/rubber breakdown before it hits the carb. You will eventually get to the point where you will know when to shut the valve off before parking the equipment. You will be suprised how long a small engine will run with just the gas in the line and carbs.

It's a gov't pension ,but you didn't have to work for the gov't...so since some people don't want the gov't help then after they get back the money they put in plus interest they should stop taking it.. Medicare... It's gov't healthcare.. As a senior I know many people on medicare ... Some complain about the gov't being socialist , but then after they have a major illness, they don't stop putting in for it whan they're sick even thought they more then spent what they put in.. I know some who would be in bad financial shape if they had to shell out the amount of money needed for their care,which was covered by medicare. An awful lot of complainer's sure have their hands out and ready to take when it benefits them. Unemplyment.. Doesn't he want to help the poor american citizens who lost their jobs...Does he propose letting them starve ? What about the american children of those poor families .. does he propose letting them go without food, medical care , and housing. ? At what age does he think we should let children suffer ? There are lots of complainers, but they all stop complaining when they fall on hard times.. I don't want to be taxed to death either, but I feel that we, as a civilized society, who claims that the Bible and religion are such a major part of our lives should .. "feed the hungry, care for the sick .. etc.". Our tax system gives extra deductions for having more children, yet they use more services, shouldn't those with less, or no children be charged less ? And schooltaxes....Why should people with no children pay for schools ? I don't like either of those taxes and don't like paying for many things, but we as a UNITED country contribute to the good of all.
