  4. I haul fuel tankers and seeing any type of hauler cause a wreck like this really upsets any driver. There's only 2 things that could have happened. Either he high hooked on the kingpin or the 5th wheel jaws were defective and broke..which is VERY uncommon. High hooking is much more common. All that takes is a lazy SOB not taking 1 second to bend over while walking by to make sure the trailer is sitting flush on top of the 5th wheel plate. Hauling fuel tankers that reach 108 thousand pounds is dangerous enough and to make a good living I have to move quick and keep rolling all day long but I never rush a proper pre trip before rolling out the yard. If the investigation proves it was the drivers fault that man should never be allowed to step foot in another motor vehicle regardless of size or type Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2

  6. All work done by Kurt Fox. As always, I am more than impressed with the work done. The pictures do these mounts no justice. I took the pics on my cell phone. The 2 gray fox are exactly how I shot each of them. The smaller & lighter fox (female) was up on her front paws when I shot her. The bigger & darker fox (male) was stalking the e-caller when I shot him. I love the desert theme with sandstone rock, cactus, and sand. The lion mount is just amazing, nothing else to say.

  7. Got some pics from my SILs property on Lima Road . This cam was set up in some thick stuff in a wet wooded area . There are all kinds of trails through the stuff . It's an overgrown field that hasn't had anything done to it in over 20 years .

  10. Second photo...move that stand east until you square it into that funnel. Edge stands are OK sometimes, but get in the funnel in that scenario.

  11. Skyhunter --- thanks for the input . I usually have my cameras facing North but I wanted this to face the deer trail . I figured it was thick enough whereby I wouldn't get too much sun . I have also found that when I have the cameras facing north that many more pics are taken as the sensors must pick up the shadow movement . I am also aware that limbs , leaves blowing will trip the camera . There are so many deer trails through here that it is is hard to determine where the deer will travel at any given time .

  16. I "work" in a bank!! Lol. We got Bonnie and Clyde first and the names just fit them when they were puppies and about a year later bandit came along and and the name went with the other two. Legal disclaimer: I am not an bank robber, outlaw, or affiliated with any banks other than having accounts with them. Lol. I actually take care of the disabled.

  18. I like Cabelas, been using them for 30 years but I don't want one in NY. I would rather shop online and have it shipped for free or close to it and not have to pay tax.

  20. So, by now it has to be getting obvious that gun ownership is very much in danger. Those that used to comfort themselves by saying "Oh no, that can never happen", are maybe starting to get the inkling that it can happen and is happening. Hopefully it will inspire the apathetic among us to finally get off their rumps and begin to get involved. Supporting the NRA and/or your favorite gun advocacy group is a good place to start. Letter writing and phone call campaigns to keep politicians aware that we are still a force to be reckoned with is another important step. And as Sits said, get out there and vote and vote correctly. They have perfected a way of harrassment that is becoming very effective. They have found ways around the 2nd Amendment, so it no longer is a time to just sit back and let someone else do the heavy lifting. The anti-gun people are making huge strides. We can either sit back and let it happen to us, or we can start taking a hand in making it all happen the way we want it to happen. There's no point in trying to run away from it. Other states and the federal government will eventually follow the lead of NYS. This is a national problem that needs a national approach. And fleeing the state is simply putting off the inevitable.
