Did you buy land Geno? I used Lakeside Cabins in Shiloh, Ohio. Amish. They put it together in 2 days. 12x26 metal roof, log siding. 2 yrs ago it was like $8k. I am very happy with it.

I don't know if thats what he meant or not but when we hunt the coyotes with dogs and they are usually on the run we use #4 BUCK. It's a little smaller than 00 buck. Kills them clean.

Yeah, I don't know about that. I saw the fight. Carwin hits real hard but didn't cleanly connect from what I can remember. He barely survived the first and then Carwin was totally gassed after that. I'm a Brock fan. But he doesn't handle getting punched well. He's new to the sport, hopefully with more experience he'll adapt. Overeem has lots of experience, he's been fighting since the Pride days. Hopefully a 100% healthy Brock puts a beating on him. We'll see.

Yeah, he certainly isn't a great striker. But you really don't have to be when you have the power and wrestling skills he has. I think his biggest weakness is his chin, he doesnt take a punch well.

Yeah, I'm done too. I just got out of the woods for the last time this season. Had 5 does in bow range. This was a tough year. The rut (if it can even be called that this year) was the weakest I can remember. 60-70 degrees, full moon was a bad recipe. I didn't see a single big buck all season. Hopefully all the little ones I let go turn into something in a couple years. At least I have meat in the freezer from the buck I shot opening day upstate. Could have been worse. Nothing but waterfowl hunting for me the next couple of months. Good luck to whoever sticks it out the rest of the season.

I did it years ago here on long island for carp. It was fun. It is legal.

The OP was talking about the big deer posted getting bashed. It shouldn't upset and embarress you if someone shoots a legal small buck. You had a problem with someone on here that shot a doe too. Some people could care less about the size of the rack and just want some meat. If it's legal, I don't have a problem with it. I personally don't shoot small bucks but don't expect everyone to do the same. Some people dont have the skill or the places to hunt to pass up bucks. I only have a problem with the people that are shooting multiple small bucks illegally using other peoples tags, that pisses me off. Why shouldn't someone be proud of a legal deer they shot? And why would you be "embarressed"?

I don't use a bottle because I don't believe it would help any. I've had many mature deer very close to my tree after recently peeing out of the tree. I shot my very first deer when I was 16 AS I was taking a leak. There was no time to put it away. LOL.

Yup, I had no idea either. This year I'm riding down a trail on my atv. I see something run down the trail in front of the atv and then climb right up a tree like a squirrel. 10-15 ft up it stops and looks at me. Woodchuck.
