I trailer my boat everywhere even tho I live literally 2 blocks form my marina. I follow the fish around the island. I have fished fromRockaway to Montauk and form Little Neck to Plum Island. I have seen sooo many boat ramp mishaps. Some of it can be very entertaining, just sucks when it happens right before I use the ramp. Once saw a guy forget to unstrap his boat form the trailer and backed in to see 2/3 of his boat submerged before he got out of his truck to realize what he did. But like I said earlier, the salt water kills everything, hence the new trailer every few years.

My friend Lou lost his in a motorcycle accident. He never got the prosthetic tho. He only has about 4” below his shoulder. Can you type with your new hand or do you just use the other? Lou only types with his left hand, obviously since it is all he has. The amazing thing is that he was right handed, had to learn to do everything left handed and that guy still types faster than me using both hands, lol. Does your new hand have superhuman strength? Got the boat back today. Yippee!! Put her in the water and took her for a spin to “shake her down”. New motor is great. Now its time to add some pics to this thread!!!!!
