My wife and I got our second Moderna shots yesterday on Friday. After the 1st shot on April 4th we both had a slight headache and tired spells off and on for a few days . No big deal . Today I feel fine . My wife had a slight fever and with muscle aches last nite but gone this morning . So she went to a Zumba class this morning and came back exhausted with aches and pains. Definitely the shot that did it because she is in great shape and a certified Yoga and Zumba instructor herself. Appointment was for 11:45 . The appointments times are worthless around here. This is what the line looked like at 11:45 yesterday. The 1st pic is behind me . The second pic is in front of me to the corner of the building. The 3rd pic is from the corner of the building to the entrance. The last pic is what it looked like once we got inside the door. 10 rows of about 40 people per row before you got to the needle table. On the 1st shot the line was at the entrance door when I got there. Not around the building . The difference was this time they had 25 people administering the vaccine instead of 12-15 on the 1st shot. The 1st shot on April 4th took us a little over 3 hours .Yesterday for the 2nd shot took 2:45 min. The line was way longer this time but it went faster.

My firebug son was at it again tonight with his buddies . He even invited the Pokemon Fire Dragon over to help burn up the woodpile faster.

I'll throw in another one. I had one of these but sold it a few years ago. I bought it at some little country store in Vermont . Mine was nicer than the one in this pic. I bought it for 250 dollars back in 2004 I think. I never seen anything like it before at the time . Had a friend of mine sell it on gunbroker about 6 years ago. I had maybe 60 guns and decided to thin the herd a bit of guns I had never used . I had him sell 15 guns for me. This gun was fun to shoot both with butt stock attached and as a pistol . But I really didn't have any use for it . Sold it for $1,050 on gunbroker. I was amazed. Its a Uberti 357cal that had matching serial numbers on the detachable butt stock and pistol. The pistol had an 18 inch barrel . We laughed like hell shooting that thing. Fun gun but I had no use for it. I didn't know anything about the gun when I bought it at the time. Just never saw one like that. Had no idea it was worth that much. Neither did the country store that sold it to me .

He will charge $25 for a 5 min individual lesson instead of the normal fee of $50 or the 4 of you can opt for a 15 min group lesson for $100 instead of the normal fee of $200 .

My wife and I got our 1st Moderna shot on April 4th . Our appointments were 3:50 and 3:55 . Got a text earlier in the day about a form that had to filled out so we got there at 3:20 . They were doing the vaccine in a huge empty department store at the mall. I think it used to be a JC Penny. We knew we were in trouble as soon as we pulled into the packed parking lot . Walked in and there had to be 500 people ahead of us in line single file through the labyrinth maze of rows. It was being run by the National guard and off duty volunteer police officers . We knew the 3:50 appointments just went out the window so we took our place in line. The process took over 3 hours. It was fun though. Lots of nice people with a good sense of humor to chat with in line. But the best part was when we were getting the shot . My wife sits down first . The NG guy says that was nice and easy . Then my turn . I could tell he had a much harder time but its done. He looks at me and says " Wow you have some tough thick skin. I almost broke the the needle getting it through. " I calmly looked at him and said " Well thats what happens when you are married to her for 28 years " We all burst out laughing . He was still laughing when the next couple got to his table to get their shot. Felt a little tired with a slight headache off and on the next couple of days. Not too bad . 2nd shot scheduled for 4/30 . Going to get there 2 hours early this time.

What are the regs in NY this year for Stripers ? Here in NH the limit was over 32 inches and one fish limit . In MA the limit was 28 inches and a 2 fish limit . Maine regs were one slot limit fish between 22-28 inches and one over 40 inches. The rules have now changed to the same regs for all 3 states . One fish slot limit over 28 inches to under 35 inches . When bait fishing you must use corrosive circle hooks with non offset barbs .

I said the same thing when I took the pics 1 1/2 hours ago. Now its been snowing for 3 1/2 hours and its coming down even heavier ! There is at least 3 inches and still snowing a blizzard. Maybe I can shoot for not mowing the lawn until June at this rate ! LOL
