    You also have to set trigger time , I just reset one of my trail cams to one minute as opposed to 15 seconds . My SD cards were filling up too fast !

    Calling it quits in December (retiring - tried twice already) ! Permanent vacation , I may have to get some tilling equipment for my ATV and turn over 1-2 acres on my property for a food plot . Gotta have something to do or I'll lose it !

    I don't hunt alone anymore , health reasons and wifey is concerned ! I hunted alone for years and just enjoyed being there with nothing and no one to interfere with the hunt . Its just as enjoyable to be in the woods and not see anything as it is to be dragging one out !

    This is funny .... a couple hours ago my wife and I had a discussion about me getting a Bucket / Boonie Hat instead of wearing a ball cap . Reason being is the top of my ears are continually getting burned and I'm afraid if I keep going with ball caps it will turn into skin cancer - who knows ! I know I can put sun block on , don't need to tell me ! But a Bucket / Boonie Hat would work for me for anything including Hunting and Lawn Mowing and whatever else ! Thanks for convincing me Hunters ! Yeah Cami sounds right !

    Believe it or not I went to Wally World and they said we'll take your name and process your license but they (NYS) did not sent us the proper ink so we cannot print your license , we'll call you when the ink comes in ! I said no thanks I'll come back in a week !

    I went with the Havaheart trap for a few seasons .... Until I decided to mark a little fella with Orange paint ( the kind they mark roads with ) and I used to drop them off a mile up the road and across the street by the power line , next day I caught the same little Orange Tailed Chipmonk . Well I took him/her for a ride to the local Price Chopper parking lot and let him go in the middle of it and sure enough a Hawk swoops done and grabs him for lunch .... Gotta Love Nature !

    I have an electric chainsaw and it works fine , I don't do any heavy duty tree work just around the yard stuff !

    I wish you lots of luck ! With that being said maybe you could host a Moose BBG get - together mid state (or wherever is closest to you) for Hunting NY members upon successful completion of the hunt ? Just a thought !
