  1. It's official, college made the announcement over the weekend of my boys commitment to CMSV. You guys with young kids in ball, can't even begin to explain the work it takes to get to this point, so proud of my boys love and dedication to a sport he adores.

    My buck

Great buck even better memories, enjoy.
  3. Dremel won't do the job, I sharpen my blades with a makita hand held grinder. Usually if the blade are bent it will leave a round mark and dig into the dirt. I suspect the blades need sharpening. Could it be that your not overlaying your passes enough and your missing those few inches?
  4. I was on a roll so I kept going, finished up the 8 x 12 enclosed shed so I went to local Mill got another trailer load of wood and started on another project. Built a 8 x 12 fire wood shed, me and my 13 yr old son put that up in one day!!! In 2 weekends we built 2 sheds. In one of the pics . you can see both sheds next to each other. Nice to have my firewood all under one roof and not having to deal with tarps.
  5. Hands down best investment was my redneck blind in conjunction with a Mr. Buddy heater, nothing beats hunting on a snowy, freezing day and I'm hunting in just a hoodie. Don't need to haul a bunch of clothes or gear up the mountain anymore to keep warm.
  6. That's actually a wall of an older shed that my dad built, the outside walls of that metal shed were also covered this weekend in board and batten to match the new addition. Half of that wall below is the new shed and the other half was the metal one.
  7. Blue is possible, more space for more bikes. Although I was never a yamaha guy.
  8. Built a shed over the weekend 8 x 12 board and batten with corrugated metal roof, made with rough cut from a local Mill.
  9. It's all relevant to the times, farmers got smarter and people continue to drive up the market. Its still the common man that I see hunting by me, they just have deeper pockets or have had these properties for quite some time. Lots of down staters like my self own a large portion of the private by me, but that has been the case for a very long time. Understandably if one can't afford private, we are fortunate enough to have a ton of public lands. I see some on here that do good if not better on public then those with private.
  10. I'm stating that there is hunting land to be had at reasonable prices assuming your in the market for just that and obviously assuming you can afford it. Its common sense to assume that if you don't have the extra disposable income to make that investment then it's a non issue.
  11. If people are willing to travel a bit or maybe not and put in the time to research an area there is land to be had at reasonable prices, you might be shocked.
  12. 3 burner is great can cook up a bunch of food. More then enough space to cook up food for a family of six. Doesn't get moved at all, but should be able to move around relatively easily on the 4 wheels it has.
  13. 2 eggs, cheese on pita with venison patties
  14. I have never used metal brushes in my bores, just use patches with solvent /oil and the plastic patch holder. Never had rust in my bores but that would be the only time I would slide a metal brush down the bore. As you indicated, it was the brush that caused the black on the patches.
  15. Chuck Roast, dry rub and apple juice, smoked for 9 hours. Sandwhiches tonight!!
  16. What a dumb comment, why do you feel the need to stir the pot and piss on people's threads. How do you know what this guy does or doesnt do? You have issues man.
