  1. The last of the tomatoes picked at the cabin.
  2. Great job, that's a ton of work, nice to sit back and appreciate it now.
  3. My fall view on the front porch of our cabin, nothing but mountains.
  4. Have pics of this guy last few years, never seen him while hunting, for all I know he's still around. One in velvet was from last year (21') and other was from 2019.
  5. Dropped my boy off last week at college, that was heart wrenching. It's all sad but is the next stepping stone in his life. Two other children start HS tomorrow, daughter a sophmore and my youngest boy a freshman. Time sure does fly.
  6. My haul of tomatoes from this past weekend at the cabin.
  7. My man, great choice. I'm assuming that's the M series with all the bells and whistles. You will love it, enjoy and take it slow. Is it geared or hydro?
  8. My haul at the cabin this morning, Amish paste . They are like a San Marzano on steroids, sweet and very few seeds.
  9. Put my youngest son onto deer and enjoy ourselves throughout the entire process and try to take a deer or 2 for myself.
  10. From what I was told they can't weld 3 hooks as they used to do but they can weld one in the center top of the bucket, atleast that's what I was told.
  11. Agreed, I won't leave a dealer without loaded rear tires and a hook welded on the bucket.
  12. I'm a Massey guy and for a little more change then the 35k put me into a 60hp 4x4 geared tractor with a loader, always go bigger hp than you think you might need. I'm on my 3rd Massey in last 10 years or so, went from a 30hp hydro to a 39hp hydro to now a 60hp geared. Thanfully trade in value iwith tractors is really good. Takes getting used to a geared over hydro but with 6 hours on it so far I'm getting the hang of it. I also went with the R1 (ag) tires over my 2 previous tractors that had R4 tires. I felt the R4 slipped alot in snow and on some of the steeper areas on my property that I mow. So far pretty impressed with the new Massey. Pic. of the new toy.
  13. Homemade pizza cooked over an open wood fire.
  14. Looks like a rat snake
  15. Got my yearly lifetime hunting license in the mail today, seems early. Anybody get thiers?
  16. My 18 tomatoe plants up at the cabin, must be the dirt. I do nothing to them other then putting down fertilizer when i turned the ground and watered once with miracle grow and they have grown huge since I planted them about a month ago. Pics. from this past weekend.
  17. I remember at one time I was told to hush up for defending you guys that never got your HNY memorabilia, that mod said he was working very closely with John to get that all squared away. Guess you guys all got screwed and that mods attempt went on deaf ears. Oh well, live and learn people, live and learn.
  18. This is Hulk and Chase, I'll let you guess who's Hulk..lol..2 great dogs.
  19. It pays to find a used finish mower, I have been using a 5ft mower on the back of my compact 40hp tractor for years now and has served me well with very high grass, plots etc.. I only keep the rear 2 tires on and use the 3 point hitch to dictate the hieght at the front. I felt that the front tires always got caught up on things and a couple times came off. Works same concept as a brush hog but more stable with two rear solid tires. If your looking to blast thru saplings then brush hog is way to go, if not, go with a used finish mower, I have used mine on grass in excess of a foot long with no issue.
