Happy birthday Robhuntandfish !

Happy Birthday. I hope it is more than you wish for. -
Thank you all. I was very honored. There was a lot of effort but it really was an award for all the great volunteers that we have in our branch. We set some lofty goals and it sure isn’t a one person gig. Lots of great people. Reminds me a lot of this forum. There is so much knowledge on here with many great members.

Cuddelink Dual Cell Starter Kit
Culvercreek hunt club replied to J sin's topic in Trail Camera Pictures
I believe they also sell them without cell function where the remote cameras send the pics back to the hub camera. This basically would allow you to check one camera on the property fringe and get the picks from the cameras across the property. -

I have been in this truck and to say it is "mint" is an understatement. Whoever picks this up will be very pleased -
The one I have is the "Tick Key". I was discussing the tick bite I got in Georgia back in April with my doctor a week or so ago. He said that if a tick is removed inside a 24 hour period you are safe. He said there is no documented case of Lyme disease transmission if the tick is found and removed in that period. I'll be a lot more diligent about checking from now on. He said he gets more cases of people removing improperly and getting an infection from the embedded head that was broken off.

I know the Barberry is causing major issues as an invasive. The other thing it is tagged with is helping the spread of ticks. Apparently since the foliage is so dense it holds the humidity and heat under it well and that is perfect climate for the little buggers to grow and breed. It also keeps out what few predators they have becasue of the spines. I hadn't read anything on the burning bush though.

I'd bet an electric smoker would be the ticket. Able to set it nice and low. I added an additional valve to my propane smoker and in the summer it is really hard to get it below 200

Good read. he does a nice job explaining the process.

Looks great. I didn't read the recipe yet but did you brine it?

My condolences to you and your family. Had the same scenario with our Springer. They are family and never easy but out of love for the dog there is only one option.

No danger of it getting dirty. When I looked in it last night I saw a box of those surgical cloth over booties in the back seat. I think you must have to put those over your street shoes when you get into it for a ride.

How old were you when you learned to shoot?

I almost lost an eye doing just that. The BB came right back at me and hit the end of the barrel. Didn't break the balloon. I heard the metal sounding "tink" after the shot and the balloon moved. SO I tried it again and then realized what was happening. BB's are ricocheting mothers and I am not a fan. Started my daughter out on the pellet gun. I think the pellets are safer IMO -
He has such a big bed carrier in the truck you can barely toss in a couple cases of beer under the cover...lol. I think with his hitch hauler and trailer he'll be fine with the Jeep.
-
I just laughed out loud. I had a chance to see Brian last night. (and the new Jeep). Very Very nice ride. When he started talking about needing a summer ride that he could take to top of of, I said sounds like you needed a Vette...lol

I believe I was 8 when I got my pump Daisy BB gun. I was 10 when my father let me shoot the 22 and the .410. I still have that old Daisy Model 25 but it needs new seals. It won't hold air anymore. -
Happy Birthday!!
