Its a new machine?????? I wouldn't give it a second thought… Bring it right back to the dealer and let them worry about it. It must still be under warranty …Right? I have an o7 Polaris 700efi that I bought brand new. Besides a dead battery, and worn out winch, I haven't hat a single issue with it…. Bing it back. -

I always do Thanksgiving morning. I consider it lucky. I have killed a few good bucks on Thanksgiving morning. Three years ago I sat until 11 and decided to take the long way back to my truck. About 1/4 of the way there I shot a big 9 as he and 2 other good bucks chased a doe, out of the thick crap and into the open area, about 30yrds in front of me. Nothing but pure luck, but I'll take it.

All I can say is don't let other people influence what deer you take. If you have the tags and you decide that you want to take a small buck or a doe ……go for it. Most real hunters will be glad for you not think any less of you. Good luck.

Funny how the loud mouth little pussy, who knows exactly what he can get away with, provokes and taunts police. When one of these little sacks of nothing finally gets arrested you won't see the loud mouth punk taunting. All that will be reported is... "RACISM!!!!!!!!!!!" One time I shot a big buck, second to last day of the season. I was pumped because it had been a tough season and he was my first and only deer for the year. The thing was green on the inside and stunk to high heaven. Noticed that a little hair was missing form one side of his rump as he appeared to have been hit by a car, sometime before I shot him. I cut off the rack and left him in the woods. Damn shame.

I remember, years ago, listening to two bucks going at it, about 30 yards away from me in a thick stand of hemlocks. It made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Loud and aggressive doesn't begin to describe it.

We were just talking about this. I saw two half racks during archery season and this past weekend one friend shot a broken up 8 and another friend shot a 5 that use to be a 7. Must have been a hell of a slug fest this year.

Just spent 500 on a light snow blower that the wife can handle. I plow with the ATV but she doesn't like to use it.,,,Too big and scary…... I have a feeling that she won't like this little machine either and that I just threw 500 down the crapper…………Sale pending…….

Went out yesterday and it was brutal. I didn't last long at all. Today I went out late morning to move a stand. Did a slow walk about. Real cold even while moving. Face and fingers were frozen by the time I got back to the truck, about 3 hrs later. Didn't see any deer but I bumped a nice flock of turkeys twice. Im thinking of warm spring turkey hunting already….is that wrong ???? -
Saw two bucks opening day. One small and another that I just couldn't get a good shot on. The last 4 times out I haven't seen JS….But that can change in the blink of an eye.. Stay with it.

Problem is the wind…Combine real cold temps with wind and the best clothes in the world are going to be challenged. For extreme cold and wind I like heavy wool, for long sits. Its bulky and heavy but it is tough to beat when you plan to spend a lot of time staying put. I have Woolrich and Columbia wools. …Good stuff.

Not much snow at all (South side of Oneida Lake). But windy and brutally cold. I went out for a while late this morning. The wind burned right through me. I lasted less than 2 hrs. & didn't see any deer. I hunted Allegheny Co. Sat and Sun. We had about 3". We cut our trip short because they were calling for 1-2 feet by today.

Just goes to show what kind of absolute morons are out there. I can't think of any way that a dead deer being hauled out on a cart, could possibly look like a live deer walking through the woods. did this idiot think that the deer was doing the crab walk or something? F-ing moron desperate to shoot a deer.

No one riding in a motor vehicle, is allowed to have an open container of any type of alcoholic beverage. One of the reasons passengers are included is because a driver could be sipping on a road pop and easily pass it off to a passenger, if pulled over. You can even get tagged for an old empty beer can that has been rolling around on the floorboards for weeks. Better off waiting until you get there.
