Good point. isn't the NYSP superintendent appointed by the king??
-
It was just a matter of time.

Very encouraging

Its taken about 60 years to go from being embarrassed to take welfare to being proud and arrogant about it. Multiply that parasite by ….how many??

I saw the adds for the long beard and thought the same thing. "Guys will buy them, not pattern them in their gun and take 60+ yard pokes at birds" because the Drury Bros. claim its doable. The shells seemed to pattern great at 40 and not too bad ar 50yds. but the 60 yard mark was not impressive at all. They do claim that you have to find the right gun/choke combo. Not many guys will take the time. I did try some Kents a while back but they didn't come close to patterning as well as Winchester double X so I tossed them in the box of forgotten ammo.

non registered ATV sale questions for buyer with a loan
ants replied to Geno C's topic in General Chit Chat
I went through this years ago, when I bought a boat from a guy. He had zero paper work. We both went down to the DMV, he and I filled out forms, I payed the tax and reg. fees and the seller paid zero. I don't recall them asking anything about him paying taxes when he bought the boat…. I think you're fine. -
That last photo looks like there should be a bag of lye and a shovel laying on top of it..LOL.

If there is no spot on the forms, asking what you paid in taxes on it I wouldn't worry about it. The DMV probably assumes that you paid the taxes. Dmv is not the IRS. I wouldn't sweat it. -
Hey don't laugh..That guy who claimed to shoot big foot was on the news…….so …that was true….

My wife is on her 4th Dodge grand caravan, in a row. (The one she has now is a Chrysler Town & Country..same thing) These things are great. When you fold down the back seats, anything you can fit in a pick up (length & width wise) will fit back there. I have had it loaded up with ply wood, I brought home a new dish washer in it all kinds of stuff. It gets around 20mpg, a little better on the highway.

Other than a few nice weather toys, I have been driving a pick up since 1987. But if it came down to making my familys life easier I would drive a little girly car if I had to. Remember, just because you aren't driving a truck now doesn't mean that you never will again. Your doing the right thing don't sweat it.

Total B.S… blowing off a customer to move guns from one spot to another? it seems like thats something that should take a back seat to a customer at the gun counter. Maybe the goof was busy doing something else when they were covering that in retail 101 class. That would have struck a big nerve with me.

AR-15 giveaway in NY?
ants replied to Sogaard's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
You are 100% right, but I would like to know just who they polled and in what area of the state. No one polled me or anyone in my area. Was it a state wide poll? Was it just down state? -
AR-15 giveaway in NY?

Just reading the article pretty much shows how a lot of the "media" are nothing more than political activists. Pathetic little worms. -
S.U. pisses me right off. I don't think they made a single 3 and I counted how many air balls?

The Benelli Ultra light looks pretty sweet. Comes in 12, 20 and 28 ga. Its like holding a twig.

One of the farmers, who I hunt with, used a Marlin "goose gun" on deer for years until the zone changed to rifle 8 or 10 years ago. Same thing,36" barrel and bolt action. He fabricated a scope mount for it and put a Tasco 3-9 on it. He would make amazing shots with that thing and I have no idea how many deer he killed with it, but it was a lot. We jokingly called it "the doose gun" because he used it for deer.

Hell, anyone can do that LOL!

A few years back I was giving my wife a ton of crap for losing the only set of her keys that had the car started fob on it. It was about this time of year. About 8 months later (around Nov. & Dec.) I was in the garage getting ready to snow blow the driveway, for the first time. I put on my old duck hunting parka, stuck my hand in the pocket and there were the keys. I suddenly remembered wearing that coat the last time I did the driveway, some 8 months ago, when I had to move her car out of the way. I put the keys in a place where I knew she would find them, but not too easily. She did.

At the very least a little fresh air and exercise
