Small tent, small everything try to keep the pack light. Good blade or 2 some extra ammo a extra source of fire. A map and compass. Extra rope.
Worst part is you never really know what you forgot untill you need it.
I don't believe everything I hear by any means but there are people out there that would love to see us with little to no firearms.
But back to deer hunting thread's.. Lets go horns !!!!
Its sort of funny because I remember a few threads were these " tin foil hats " were brought up..
It was about the same time they ban AR's and 10 rounds in a 10 round mag plus a hundred other things... <<<<<>>>>>
At first glance it looked a little fake to me to. Both them pictures match up pretty well. They both have lots of black running up their face and the right spike is higher on the left. They would both have to be fake !!
Huge rack by any means.
I wouldn't use a 300. for a deer. I now use a 270. started using a 30-06.
I guess no gun is to big but how much meat do you want to waste and how big of a rifle do you want to lug around the woods.
The 270. would be able to knock a brown over with the right shot it shouldn't be a problem. Its dam near the same thing as a 30-06 just necked down a hair. Power is still there.
Nice. I have yet to get a fawn picture on my trailcam. Saw a fawn with a doe today while I was in the woods. So many bugs out with all the rain and heat I could barely stand it !!
